Lori Dillard, owner of Vintage 2 Creations takes a new spin on antiques by repurposing the old & worn pieces she finds at flea markets & estate sales – and turns them into new heirloom treasures. She created simple necklaces using one intricate button – to headbands for brides – to large vintage collaged belt buckles.

Lori’s designs are primarily from broken vintage jewelry, but she also uses chandelier crystals, buttons; keys; sterling spoons; shoe buckles; typewriter keys; rosary beads & watch parts. Her pieces almost always include some type of pearl, whether it’s from an old damaged Miriam Haskell piece or from a stash of “new old stock” from Japan from the 50’s – pearls make everything romantic. She loves vintage pieces ranging from Victorian to Retro – however, her favorite era is Deco – clean lines with Austrian Rhinestones.
