The 18th Annual Cary Academy Holiday Shoppe will feature select vendors with a variety of offerings including jewelry, home décor, gift items, clothing, accessories and food from artisans, hand-crafters, and retail ventures. Every effort is made to minimize duplicate merchandise. This is a non-profit fundraiser benefiting Cary Academy.

Buying Frenzy

Our show is held just before Thanksgiving when the buying frenzy for the holidays begins. Our customers are not just window-shopping; our they’re are buying!


The Shoppe is well-organized and supports our vendors with a hospitality area offering coffee and snacks throughout the show, and support packing up at the end of the show.

Space Rental Fee Options

All spaces include up to 2 standard 6’ banquet tables with white tablecloths. Additional tables may be rented for $25 each.

Small Booth $800 6’ x 10’ (L shape)
Medium Booth $1,000 6’ x 12’ (tables can be side by side)
Large Booth $1,400 10’ x 12’
Endcap Front Booth $1,800 12’ x 14’ (only 3)
Booth Plus $2,100 10’ x 22’ (only 2)

  Pop-up frames/tents will not be allowed in vendor spaces; no structure higher than 6’

The Application Process

In order to avoid duplication of merchandise, vendor participation in the show is by invitation only. Interested vendors must submit an online application to be reviewed by the Vendor Selection Committee. Vendors chosen by the committee will receive invitations with contracts which must be returned with half payment to reserve a spot in the Holiday Shoppe. When full payment is received a specific location will be reserved. Invitations are extended on a rolling basis for as long as space is available. Certain merchandise categories fill quickly.
